Daily operations entry

Breed standard comparisons
Every metric — laying %, body weight, cumulative mortality — is plotted against the Hissex White standard for the flock's current age.
Egg station grading
Eggs from production farms flow to the packing station for grading by size, with broken/dirty exclusions and box-by-box accounting.
Two-person move & close
Big lifecycle changes — moving a flock from rearing to production, closing a flock — require both engineer and manager approval. No silent state changes.
Financial reporting
Egg sales, supply purchases, treatments, and packaging costs roll up into a single financial view per flock and per period.
